Client Partner Manager - Method1Full-time

The Client Partner Manager plays a vital role in supporting the successful execution of client projects and campaigns under the guidance of the Client Partner Director or Supervisor. This position requires a dynamic and organized individual with a growing understanding of advertising and marketing processes. You will gain experience in coordinating and delivering integrated marketing programs, translating strategic directives into actionable plans, and working collaboratively to ensure seamless execution of creative solutions that meet client expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and strengthen strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.
  • Actively learn about clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends through meetings and discussions. Assist in developing and presenting recommendations and solutions, leveraging senior team guidance.
  • Forge and grow a close trusted client relationship; understand clients goals and needs in effort to provide creative solutions; engage clients as an active partner.

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Work with internal teams (creative, media, digital) to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Assist with creating presentations and proposals for client meetings.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics to clients, identifying opportunities for optimization.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, media planning, digital, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliverables.
  • Maintain clear communication and manage expectations across all departments.

Other Duties:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in advertising and marketing.
  • Learn and apply the agency's preferred project management tools and workflows.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

EDUCATION & RELATED EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in account management or client services roles within a full-service advertising agency setting is required.
  • Strong understanding of the spirits industry, including regulations and compliance requirements, is strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build trust.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and adapt to evolving client needs.
  • Highly collaborative with proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A passion for advertising and understanding of consumer behavior in the spirits sector.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a strong work ethic.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES AND INTERACTIONS WITH OTHERS

This position has no supervisory responsibilities. However, the role will be expected to interact daily with coworkers, clients, and the general public.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Duties are typically performed in an office environment or remotely from the team member’s home. The office environment is usually a well-lit environmentally controlled indoor environment with a moderate level of noise. The work hours of this position may vary depending on the operational activities and required duties, and evening and weekend work may occasionally be required.
