Client Partner Manager Full-time

Your Role

As a Client Partner Manager, you will be the central hub for our client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and project flow between our clients and our internal teams. You will act as a reliable and proactive partner to our clients, supporting senior team members in delivering exceptional work that meets their business goals. Reporting to the Client Partner Director, you will thrive in a collaborative environment where your communication skills, organizational prowess, and passion for the industry will make a tangible impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Communication: Support as the primary day-to-day contact for your clients, building strong, positive relationships by ensuring their needs are understood and their questions are answered promptly.
  • Strategic Support: Work alongside senior team members to understand our clients' businesses, challenges, and industry landscapes. You will contribute to strategic discussions and assist in preparing for client presentations.
  • Campaign Coordination: Meticulously manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns. You will own project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, digital, strategy), and ensure all deliverables are on schedule and on budget.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance, pulling key metrics and assisting the team in analyzing data to identify insights and opportunities for optimization.
  • Team Collaboration: Ensure clear and consistent communication across internal teams, trafficking assignments and consolidating feedback to keep projects moving forward efficiently.

Experience You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management at an advertising agency.
  • Familiarity with the spirits industry is highly desirable.

Skills You Need

  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with a talent for building rapport and presenting information clearly.
  • Project Management Proficiency: Strong organizational skills with hands-on experience using project management tools to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver: An ability to anticipate potential roadblocks and work collaboratively to find solutions.
  • Passion for Advertising: Genuine enthusiasm for advertising, particularly in the spirits industry, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
