Digital Media Buyer - Method1Full-time

The Digital Media Buyer is responsible for purchasing and optimizing media buys to ensure maximum ROAS for our campaigns. As a member of our Innovation team, you will use data-driven strategies to target specific audiences, track performance metrics, and adjust campaigns in real time to achieve optimal results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Digital Media Buying and Planning: Develop and execute media buying strategies across multiple digital platforms (including social media and search engines) to ensure optimal placement and cost-efficiency. Set up Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research and planning, ad group structuring, creative, copy and audience testing. Regularly analyze market trends and platform updates to adapt and optimize buying strategies.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor media campaigns, utilizing analytics and performance metrics to assess their effectiveness. Make data-driven decisions to optimize bid strategies, targeting, and ad creatives to improve campaign performance and ROAS.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance data. Use insights from data to make informed decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and new technologies in digital advertising. Apply this knowledge to continuously refine and improve media buying strategies and practices.

EDUCATION & RELATED EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital media buying or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Experience with analytics tools and ability to integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Certifications or proven expertise in digital advertising platforms and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES AND INTERACTIONS WITH OTHERS

This position has no supervisory responsibilities. However, the role will be expected to interact daily with coworkers, clients, and the general public.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Duties are typically performed in an office environment or remotely from the team member’s home. The office environment is usually a well-lit environmentally controlled indoor environment with a moderate level of noise. The work hours of this position may vary depending on the operational activities and required duties, and evening and weekend work may occasionally be required.
