Fractional Strategic People (HR) Partner Part-Time (3 Days per Week) Remote (Must be willing to work EST hours)
XenoPsi is growing, and we’re looking for a Strategic People (HR) Partner to join our dynamic team! This role is crucial in supporting our Operating Companies—Function Growth, Wellow, and XenoPsi Shared Services—by aligning HR strategies with business goals. You will focus on recruitment, career development, and managing personnel issues within the creative and marketing sectors.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent within the creative and marketing industries.
- Design and execute career development programs to facilitate professional growth.
Talent Management
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Support managers with employee feedback and career progression opportunities.
Employee Relations
- Act as the primary contact for employee relations within the designated sectors.
- Handle performance management and conflict resolution.
HR Policies and Procedures
- Work closely with the People Operations Director on payroll, benefits, and other HR matters.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or HR certification preferred.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in creative environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
