Media Operations Analyst Full-time
About Us
We’re looking for a strategic, data-savvy Media Operations Analyst to lead the charge in optimizing our proprietary Max Reach Engine across media platforms, publishers, and placements. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure technical compatibility, deliver revenue-driving insights, and enhance campaign performance through creative and tactical innovation.
Drive Media KPI Optimizations
- Work with the media team to ensure media programs are set up to maximize reach, frequency control, viewability, and cost-per-second views and other key media and business metrics.
- Analyze campaign performance using data from platforms like The Trade Desk, DoubleVerify, Meta, TikTok, MyTelescope, and more
- Partner with strategy teams to generate creative optimization plans and showcase the impact of media innovations
- Track buying team optimizations and develop cross-brand and cross-agency insights
Forecast, Track, and Support Revenue Goals
- Monitor and forecast CPMs across all programmatic channels to keep media estimates and planning within a 5% margin of accuracy
- Build and maintain monthly MEF (Media Efficiency Factor) forecasts in partnership with Media Leadership
- Support planners, buyers, and client teams to help them meet and exceed revenue goals driven by the Max Reach Engine
Maximize Compatibility & Performance
- Partner with publishers, platforms, analysts, and internal media teams to resolve technical issues and ensure full compatibility across placements and tactics
- Identify and implement new technology solutions, data sources, and partnerships to boost on-target reach, viewability, cost-efficiency, and media effectiveness
Reconciliations
- Partner with Finance, Buying Team and AMDs to ensure all Media Authorizations reflect accurate CPM forecasts and planned MEF fees
- Conduct MEF Reconciliations Monthly
- Review and Approve Purchase Orders and Invoices for Max Reach engine technology and data partners
What You Bring:
- Experience in digital media buying, product management, or media strategy
- Familiarity with tools like The Trade Desk, DoubleVerify, Flashtalking, Meta Ads Manager, and other media platforms
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams, from creative to strategy to client-facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics and/or media planning
